On 29 November 2023, ALLRAIL’s Salim Benkirane presented to the European Parliament our members’ position on the Proposal for a Regulation on the Use of Railway Infrastructure Capacity in the Single European Railway Area, which is of key importance for the railway sector.

The meeting was attended by rapporteur Tilly Metz /Greens, co-rapporteurs Prof. B. Liberadzki / S&D and Marian Marinescu / EPP, as well as representatives of the other political groups.

In addition to ALLRAIL, the railway sector was represented at the stakeholder consultation by the heads of CER, ERFA and some railway operators.
