On 15th December 2025, ALLRAIL Secretary General Nick Brooks had the privilege of joining a special event celebrating a milestone for Belgian rail -the full deployment of ERTMS by Infrabel. A big step forward for Belgium, and a tangible win for the wider European project.

We were proud to witness this successful ETCS rollout – a major move for safer, more interoperable, more reliable rail. The photos below are from the event as well as showing Nick Brooks together with Alberto Mazzola, who runs of the state-owned incumbent lobby association CER.
