Our Legal Officer, Guillem Ochoa, attended the Summer School in Vienna on the Future of Capacity Management organised by the infrastructure managers’ platform RailNetEurope (RNE). In light of the forthcoming EU Regulation, RNE presented its vision for a new role as network coordinator – an entity tasked with facilitating cooperation between cross-border infrastructure managers, particularly in relation to capacity allocation and traffic management.
