ALLRAIL Secretary General Nick Brooks and Policy Director John Thomas spoke on behalf of ALLRAIL at the 14th International Railway Summit, taking place in London from 2-4 June 2026.

Under the theme “The Power of Being Connected”, the Summit brought together senior rail leaders, policymakers, operators and industry experts to discuss the future of rail connectivity, innovation and reform.

ALLRAIL underlined that a truly connected railway requires fair market access, non-discriminatory infrastructure capacity, open ticketing, access to rolling stock and service facilities, and a level playing field for all operators.

Their participation reflects ALLRAIL’s core message: competition and connectivity go hand in hand – delivering better services, more choice and a rail system designed around passengers.
