Our Legal Officer Guillem Ochoa participated in a round table on service facilities and asymmetric access obligations at the Florence School of Regulation, part of the European University Institute in Florence, Italy.

There was an insightful discussion on the current legal framework, particularly in the context of the revision of the Implementing Regulation on Service Facilities, potential targeted measures to support alternative operators, and the challenges surrounding access to different types of service facilities, including both light and heavy maintenance and stations.
