ALLRAIL’s State of Market Opening reception was a success

On the 1st December 2022, ALLRAIL successfully held the first event in its new office: the State of Market Opening reception.

Several speakers took the floor to give an overview on the progress of passenger rail market opening in Europe. Speakers included representatives from our members and from the EU institutions.

In addition, the event also saw the intervention of Yuriy Maslikov (CEO and founder of Ukrainian privately owned rail freight operator OWLN), who talked about the current challenges of Ukrainian rail and the opportunities that lay ahead in terms of integration within the Single European Rail Area.

Many guests joined us for the reception. They included representatives from almost the whole value chain of the passenger rail sector (CER, ECTAA, EPF, AERRL, etc.). Representatives from EU and national institutions were there as well. The reception was an opportunity for our members and other stakeholders to meet each other and to discuss the latest developments in the passenger rail policy area.

Many stakeholders were present at our reception.

ALLRAIL would like to thank very much our guests who came from all over Europe to make this event a success.

We are also looking forward to hosting at the next ALLRAIL event those who could unfortunately not join us.
