Call for donations – Help Ukraine’s rail workers in their critical mission

Almost eight months have passed since the beginning of the brutal war that Russia is waging against Ukraine. The Russian armed forces are still controlling or blockading most of Ukraine’s Black Sea ports the country uses to import essential goods and to export its grain to the rest of the world.

Therefore, Ukraine’s railways/railroads are one of the country’s only alternatives for bringing in humanitarian supplies and exporting its much-needed agricultural products.

Against this backdrop, the Global Ukraine Rail Task Force has set up a donation campaign dedicated to helping the Ukrainian rail sector. The proceeds collected will contribute to the well-being of Ukrainian rail workers (protective gear, financial aid to the families of the deceased, etc.).

You can follow the Global Ukraine Rail Task Force on Twitter and on LinkedIn.

Please help the donation campaign in Euros, Pounds, or Dollars by clicking on this link. It will direct you to the donation campaign’s website hosted by We-Aid.

Once you are on the donation page, choose “PayPal” to donate with any credit or debit card, as well as with a PayPal account. You may also choose to receive a Donation Receipt for tax purposes. Thank you for your generosity!
